Unable to send mail to distributions lists from New mail Message Window Out

    After a new PC Installation I am unable to send E-mails to any of my distribution Lists in Outlook 2003.

    The Tech Company that did the installation purportedly corrected this but today it would not work. All I get from them is no call backs.

    I am able to access the actual distribution lists from the contacts field and all of the names that are contained therein but when I select To:.CC, or BCC I get an error message:
    "The address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder associated with this address could not be opened ".

    If anyone knows how to correct this I would be most grateful. Thanks.

    Recreating the Dist List would be something to consider.

    Thanks Steve. That would no doubt work. Actually the tech that did the instal fixed it remotely but he did not share the steps with me.
