    Do you mean UNable:confused:

Are you at home with Charter when you get the error or are you at a location that uses a different ISP??

No I am in Florida in a motor home using Comcast wireless connection. However I was unable to send even in another location using a camp ground wireless connection.

Is there anything I can do? Such as tell them I will not use them in the furture? Or do I have to set up another route thru Comcast?

There's not much you can do. You can tell them, but they wouldn't change. It is a measure to prevent spam.

Your option is to set the SMTP server to use your current ISP, or use a web based email provider.
