    Hey guys,

I am not sure if this is a terminal services/Citrix issue or an Outlook issue. On my terminal serivces/citrix sessions in Outlook the box for ' "Send mail immediately when connected" is greyed out and I cannot select it at all. Looking at the box it is unselected so unless mail is put onto a timer mail will sit in the Outbox till dooms day.

Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Tim Wallace

Sometimes this can happen if you have multiple copies of Outlook.exe running. Check to make sure that isn't the case.

Also, start in safe-mode & check if you have the same problem there.

It could also be caused by 3rd party programs (or add-ons) that synchronize your email.

What happens if you click the Send/Receive button?
