ok i just installed fresh copy of windows XP (im sure you renember).
So all settings are default, or atleast i think so. Now my problem is that Gosh Darn taskbar. Almost every time when i start my computer, those all icons in taskbar flash that yellow or orange colour despite that its active program in desktop or im using it same time. I cant also right-click that program to close it or minimize etc... I have to left click and open that program every time. My messenger had blinked all the time i wrote this message and it will continue until i turn of my comp.
    Any ideas for this ?

ok thanks. That fixed the flashing problem, but i still cant right click.
If i right click some icon now it starts flashing again, but stops when i left click it.
SO flash fixed, but right click still missing..

Try this neat utility from Kelley's Korner:

    Taskbar Repair Tool Plus!

Try the option Taskbar Problems: "Restore to Default ".
Also try: Taskbar Problems: "Disable Taskbar Context Menus ". Make sure the checkbox is NOT checked.

Also try Quick Launch Bar: "Set Quick Launch as Default "
