unable to play videos in real player 11

i have recent version of real player. i have a few videos which i downloaded from youtube using real download. previously i was able to play it but now it says it requires new software to play this clip. if click ok it takes me to the adobe website to download flash player 9. but i already have that software.

What is the format of those files?
