    Welcome to the Forum, Topshotter247!

    Hi Topshotter247,

The contact for the AOL/Netscape Webmail is Mark Gregor, who has taken this issue under his wing. You can email him here: Policy2004@netscape.net. Please be brief and to the point.

The Webmail portal is no longer owned or supported by Netscape.

NOTE: Please let us know if you had any success and what fixed it.

    Ramona

    Ramona,
I think that we should have a definition table to explain that:
Netscape Mail is the mail client, the place where you set up mail accounts. The Mail from the Website is also called Netscape Mail, but it is only part of the the other Netscape Mail. Also that Communicator is not Netscape Mail. And that there are Users and Profiles, which "salted" (.slt folder).
And, finally, nobody is in charge of Netscape webMail, and that AOL owns Netscape, and can't remember why.
    Do I give the picture.
