Unable to log-in to a website

I have always logged in without a problem but today I cannot and I get the following message below. I cannot contact the website today (Sunday). Could this be due to a problem the website has or something to do with my computer?

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to accept.
