Unable to connect after update

    Hi, I have been unable to connect to the internet on my PC since I had an update from mozilla. Is it worth using system restore? If not what can I do?

    Could you be more specific about which Mozilla program you run?

    Most likely the inability to access the Internet lies with your firewall, or your antvirus program. Ensure that you allow the Mozilla application permission to access the Internet.

    Ramona, I've checked my firewall & you were right (as you guys always are). Think when I updated Mozilla Firefox I didn't allow it access through ZoneAlarm. Problem sorted.
