unable to change system time

    Hi everybody!
    when i doubleclick on date/time on the taskbar it says 'you donot have the proper priviledge level to change the system time' help me please.

    i use xp sp2 within LAN

    Are you logged on with Administrative rights?

    Are you able to set the time through Control Panel > Date & Time?
