hi everybody, I have a problem with the laptop of my brother which a Sony vaio ngr21m. It doesn't boot vista showing that ci.dll is missing.
I have tried to repair from the vista cd but the repair startup doesn t fix the problem, I haven t a restore point a I have also tried with bootrec.
I ve also used the avira cd to scan any malware o virus but nothing...

The only thing that I ve noticed is about repair startup, after it has finished, on the next boot the laptop shows me ci.dll or clfs.sys is missing....
what can I do?? any suggests??? Sorry for my bad english and thank you!!
