Resolved Unable to access Hot Mail

    I am unable to access Hot Mail with my password, I know the password is correct.
    I keep all passwords in a database so I don't get confused. I have tried to reset the password but am unfamiliar with the security question and cannot answer. I work out of this email address so there is no question of changing my account. I have Vista with Dell laptop. Does anyone have suggestions as I need to get to work ASAP? Thanks for your help.

    Thanks Arie for responding, I can't reset because I don't know the anser to the security question, it is not a question I wouls have selected. Is there any way to get around this? Thanks, Dee

    The first thing I did was contact MSN, got a reply but it was no more than was om web site. If I could get around the security question, I would have no problem. Thanks for the suggestion.

    I wouldn't know. Probably not, but in my 20+ year computer use I've never been infected myself.

    The hotmail hack doesn't use information on your computer.... if that's what you're referring too. Probably just using a very weak password.
