uh oh! whats happening with my text size?

I have noticed that the text size on my screen when using the internet is...well... different for every page. I have tried to set it back to its original setting, but it seems that it over rides that. I am kinda gettin sick of zooming out the pages or adjusting the text size on the tab, either down for most pages, and up for some., every page I view is different! Who's the lil Gremlin living inside mah PC? H-E-L-P

Try opening Tools\Options\Content
Down about 1\2 way on the page you will see Default Font.

does not tell much. Mopar's reply is for Firefox. The Advanced button may be worth playing with.
I have never seen anything like a difference in text size for every page. Can you give two examples? And, please, tell us what part of the page is, specifically, wrong.
Of course, each page will have some sections which have different text size.

 

Hi Mopar - and thanks so much for your response. I did check the defaults in the content tab and set them accordingly. It seems to have helped. Quite a lot. It seems the problem was with every or any page I opened (I am using Mozilla Firefox) and it was consistent throughout the whole page. Some pages weren't as large in font as others... how bizarre -so I unchecked the box in the content tab to allow pages to use their own sizing...and that has also helped. Thanks so much. Now all I have to do is sort out my eBay headache...grrrr!!
