1st Problem: I use a peer-to-peer network for four home computers. two computers, one laptop, one desktop, both win 98, want to share the laptop version of outlook which hotsyncs with the laptop's palm.. So I put the outlook.pst file into "My Documents" so the network could find it and I added a 2nd "personal folders" to the desktop. which was fine until I loaded the palm onto the laptop and told it to use outlook. Here is where I think the problem started because another version of outlook.pst was created where the original one was. Now I can't delete the outlook.pst from "my documents" or even copy it over. How can I tell outlook to look to "my documents" for it's primary folder? And how can I delete a set of personal folders from my desktop Outlook that just clutter up everything. I would like to be able to only use the laptop for both computers but I can't seem to find out how to change that original .pst setting.

The second outlook problem is with my other set of computers a desktop win2k and a laptop winxp. This time the palm hotsyncs with the win2k desktop. Everything was fine when my laptop was a win98. But since changing to xp, I can't make the desktop folders replace the laptop folders. I have a second set of personal folders which have to be opened individually and can't use the Outlook Today feature or any of the Outlook default calendar, etc. boxes to access the desktop.

    I need help.
