TweakUI difficulties - thumbnails

I now work at a different office with a different computer so I tried again to install TweakUI. It's set up and running but it does not have any options for adjusting thumbnail size. Instructions on other sites say to click on the Explorer tab and adjust the sizing there, but this is what my Explorer tab looks like: http://i2.tinypic.com/117u6om.jpg
and there is no mention of sizing of thumbnails. What am I missing?

 

Boppy--Are you sure you have the TweakUI for WinXP?

When I click on Explorer|Thumbnails, I get a window such as shown by PeteC in the old thread.
But I have seen the window you show. Cannot find it now. Maybe Win98?
