Tweakomatic - from the Scripting Guys at MS.
Even if you're not interested in this facility the page makes a 'good read'

    Hi Pete!

Thanks for the heads up, it really is a good read. I haven´t read it all but I already had a few chuckles from humorous remarks rather than ...... ...... the usual cause for chuckles in MS articles.

    Regards,
    Christer

It's a pretty neat tool, though it might be a little confusing to some. However, if you read the accompanying article it explains it all. If nothing else you get a good chuckle. Evidently somebody at MS has a sense of humor. :)

    Newt,
thanks for your response. I shall endeavor to learn enough scripting to do stuff I miss DOS for.

Sniff, sniff. I misses my DOS too sometimes. :(

But scripting can do more. Just that dang learning curve while you get used to it. Most of us did DOS so long ago that it seems simple now. Probably wasn't though.
