Tweaking Registry Settings in F'Fox

I ran the Optimizer at PCPitstop.com, and it recommended the following 15 tweaks in F'fox, but for the life of me I cannot find any of these entries even when doing a search for them either in Regedit, or RegSeeker. Can someone tell me where these entries are, or are they recommended entries that need to be added, which may be the reason I'm not finding them.

They are not registry entries.

Enter about:config into the Firefox address bar.

Also, be sure to keep track of what the values were before changing them in case you want to restore them.

Finally, spend some time browsing the Mozilla Knowledge Base.
