Tweak Now Reg Cleaner Standard ?

Executing Reg Clean program, it finds 81 errors all in the H-key Classes Root section and they all appear to be "Invalid active x/com entries ". Allow the pgm to delete them but they reappear on next scan. Are these entries safe to delete? Tried to delete some but have to keep going back and setting permission for each entry. I try to keep a clean system and not sure if I should monkey with these entries. Would very much appreciate any help or suggestions.
