Does anyone know anything about these?

I want a tv/video capture card that will do the following:

Recieve terrestrial tv(remote not essential but would be nice )
I want to be able to transfer vhs vcr video to pc/dvd.
I want to be able to watch/record live tv in a screen of variable size.
I want to connect sky or freeview to my main tv downstairs and to be able to view/record the channel selected on the pc upstairs. (cables already laid).

I already have a good sound card (creative Audigy 2 ZS) and 7.1 Sound.

Any help in choosing the item would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for any help anyone can offer. :D

I don't know if a ATI all-in-wonder card will do everything you need. I use it to watch TV and capture from TV or a VCR. That is just a few of the things the card does. If you want to take a look at their card they can be found at http://www.ati.com/products/multimedia.html

My Winfast 2000 PVR Expert works great. Was hard to get a hold of stateside though as everyone goes with the Deluxe version.
