    hello,
I reinserted my CMOS battery in the CPU.After that
when I turn monitor off (for some heavy downloading ) for hours and re open it ,the
system restarts.I 've marked "never" to all in Power Options in Control Panel performance and
    maintenance still it restarts.
    thanks

If you leave the monitor on - does it reboot?

Removing/changing the CMOS battery resets the BIOS to default values - you should check the BIOS settings for ACPI under the Power Menu.
