TuneUp Utilities showing {434EFE25-2944-4196-B6EA-22D001F277B2} error

I use TuneUp Utilities 2009 (Version 8.0.2000) at times. My system uses Windows XP and all current updates are installed. When I run the "TuneUp 1 Click Maintenance" program, I consistently get an indication of an error in the Registry - Programs phase of the TuneUp checkup. The listing of the error looks like this:

The key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{434EFE25-2944-4196-B6EA-22D001F277B2}\TreatAs points to the missing CLSID HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{4AD5597A-2B0F-4479-97B6-C514DEC41EA1}.

Can anyone shed some light on this potential problem for me? I'm not sure what this error message means, whether it's of vital importance, nor how to resolve it.
