[Trying to find hardware specs of Android Tablet]

    I was given a Tablet with the Android O/S from someone who knows even less about computers than I do. I know how to determine what hardware a PC has, ie RAM etc, but can anyone tell me how to find out what this tablet has, because it came with no documentation whatsoever. Many Thanks.
