I'm continously getting runtime line errors and am curious about possible measures to correct this. Line errors sometimes pile up until my browser crashes. Browser also crashes frequently (iexplore message) when I don't get runtime errors.

    Any advice?

    Thanks,
    Brandon

    Hiya and welcome

For the runtime stuff, lets try this. Go to Tools | Internet Options. Advanced Settings. Under Browsing look for Disable Script Debugging. Tick that. Underneath will be Display a Notification.....
    Untick that.

When these error's that cause IE to crash popup, can you press Details and copy/paste the contents here.

Lets see whats running. Go to Run and type MSINFO32
On the left choose Software Enviroment, then Startup Programs. Copy/paste the contents here.

Go here and download AddAware http://tomcoyote.com/lsindex.html
Install and Run, ensuring that Deep Registry Scan is enabled. Remove all except any references to Web3000 or new.net. If you're unsure, copy/paste the list here.

Whilst you're there, download and install RefUpdate. Just press Connect.

    Regards

    iexplore details

    Eddie,

    Many thanks for your reply.

So far the runtime fix seems to have worked. No more errors when visiting pages that previously caused me problems.

    Here's the iexplore shutdown details:

IEXPLORE caused a general protection fault
