trouble with windows update

i can not get the page to open i get an error when i try.

 

Some questions.

Do you get the SCAN FOR UPDATES ?

If so what do you get after ?

All day yesterday and until mid-afternoon today Windows Updates, MSNBC Web site, half of MSN itself were DEAD.

The first thing I did yesterday was to check the others machines. They were all the same. So I did nothing.

I found out from a Friend later that the the probelm was a Time Warner/AOL ISP problem.

It may or may not be the same for you. But I thought I would at least let you know what problem I had.
