Trouble with printer installation

    I have a Compaq Presario, with Windows XP,
    It has had a few issues the last few years and has been restored once but geerally works well.
    Recently, I have installed a new printer, (HP Photosmart C4385),
    I get a message that it cannot find a file nesessary "usbstor.inf ".
    Can I get this file somewhere? Or is my problem more than just this file missing?
