In the IE6 Browser... I go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy Tab
Then Override Cookies for Individual Websites (Edit) button.

Some URL's still exist in the "Address of Website" in the
    "per site privacy actions" window.

These URL's also show up when typing the first letter (of that site)
    in the IE address bar.

I know how to do the basic: Tools > Internet Options > General
Clear History, Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Delete all offline content.

That works for all but two or three site URL's.

    regards, Flatfoot

The simplest way of clearing the typed entries in the Address bar is to use CCleaner - freeware.

Be careful how you use it and ensure that only the items shown in the screenshot are checked. You can, of course use the program to clean out the other items listed, but for IE you need only the checked items - or specifics if you wish.

"Address of website" line or "Managed Websites" box?
Once I enter a URL in "Address of website" line and click either Allow or Block, it disappears from that line and goes into the "Managed Websites" box.

Again not sure which items you are talking about.
I presume you want to remove them. Can you right click on each and then Remove from the context menu or Delete on the keyboard?
What sites are these? Perhaps the program involved has set them to stay?

Or you can remove at least some URL's from the Privacy list by using the Registry
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\P3P\History
    per this reference

    The CCleaner worked great.
For anyone else that uses this...Remember:
Install, then Reboot, then run it.
Even on dial-up it didn't take too long to load.

As for the Registry P3P... It wasn't in there on my machine.
When I took typing classes at college, we all had dell desktops.
Each machine you sat at, had their own quirks.

Thank You both for your replies.
    regards, flatfoot
