I recently installed XP Pro and am now unable to access certain parts of web sites. For example, I can bring up the Northwest Airlines home page, but when I enter information to set up a specific flight, I get a blank page. Also, when I try to login to a site where I have an account set up for uploading and ordering photos, I can't get beyond the login page. I've checked my security settings in Internet Options and everything seems okay. I've also checked settings in my Zone Alarm setup and have all areas checked to allow access. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Untick "Load Zone Alarm on Start-up" then reboot your machine and see if you can access the site, also clear out your cache and recent files if using IE.

If you are using Netscape 6 browser clear cache from preferences.

What version of Zone Alarm are you using Professional or Free version?
Can you access other sites, try Microsoft home page?

Thanks to both of you for taking the time to help. I'll try all the suggestions this evening.
