About 10 days ago I started getting a notice that my anti virus data base was out of date. Normally this updates daily automatically. When I tried to update manually, I was blocked from the wesite.
This computer is a Dell, about 7 months old using XP and it came with AVG anti virus software.
I then found that I could not access any anti virus website such as McAfee, Norton and others.
I have tried to download RSTT as suggested, but I am blocked from that website also.
I have run a full scan using AVG daily. But it does not detect anything.
It still works, but is out of date and no way to download updates.
Can anyone offer any suggestions, thanks.
