kiasuteo--I have never used Anti-Trojan 5.5 so have no personal experience. But the description of that program says
"Anti-Trojan 5.5 is a powerful trojan scanner and remover which detects more than 9000 different types of trojan horses. "
So, I would think the program should be capable of removing a trojan that it detects.
You, therefore, might want to read the ReadMe or Help files that probably came with Anti-Trojan 5.5. And, if that does not help, I would think that the Anti-Trojan company should offer some technical assistance by email or phone, since I see that you probably had to pay for Anti-Trojan 5.5.
If these suggestions do not work, then perhaps you should install another anti-trojan program, such as Tauscan from
    http://www.agnitum.com/
or there is a small chance that one of the spyware detection and removal programs will detect and remove
    Ad-Aware
