Transferring AB & Favs from Mac

    Is there any simple way to transfer the Outlook Express Address Book and the Internet Explorer Favorites from a Mac to a PC? I was able to do this once before but for the life of me I can't seem to remember what I did. The Mac is OS 9.2 and the PC is Windows ME. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to all.
