    Hi folks,

Since we are having so much trouble with drivers and stuff, we want to
reinstall windows XP. So what is the best way to transfer Outlook 2002 files
to basically the same place it is now. We know that the .pst file has
most or all the information in it, but we cannot see any way to
use that file from a newly installed version of Outlook.
And we may purchase a new computer soon as well.

When we install outlook and open, it just asks us for personal information and then boom it makes a new .pst file without letting us just use the one
    we saved.

    Please advise.

    Thanks

Click Here to open a page with instructions on importing the data from the pst file you saved into the new installation of Outlook.
