I just started a new email account with my ISP, to avoid having to deal with so much spam. I need to copy part of my Address Book and part of a huge # of archive folders (all stored as subfolders of my Inbox) to the new account files. Copy and pasting all of them individually will take days.

Is there a way to copy (enmass) part of the Address Book to the new account Address Book? I only want to move some addresses. The others are mail lists, etc. that I believe are the source of mining of my address by spammers.

Also a way to copy part of the In Box subfolders (with content emails) enmass to the new account?

I want to make sure the transfer is successfully completed before I delete the info from the old account files. Most of the data is critical.

    Thanks for the help.
    Dick

dcazier--This is the standard procedure for copying and importing OE's address book and mail files.

But I am not sure there is a way to copy only parts.
Unless you have a humongous number of emails, deleting individual ones is fairly quickly done, but the whittling down the address book will take longer.
