Transfer E-mail from old computer to new one

Would appreciate help in trying to transfer e-mails that are stored on my old computer, to a new computer. Old computer has Communicator 4.78 and new computer has Netsvcape 7.1. I can not find any information in the Help or anywhere on the internet.
