TopCities poor response

    Hi all, For the last few days I am having problems accessing TopCities where
    my Webpage is. Anyone one else ?
    Just wondering if the problem is at my end or their end.
    Their server seems to go into a "stuff-you" mode
    "we already have 10 users on line" :D
