    The Internet Explorer 10 Blocker Toolkit enables users to disable automatic delivery of Internet Explorer 10 as an important class update via Automatic Updates (AU) feature of Windows Update (WU).

    Yep. Only 7 and 8 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 64bit.

    I have it on my Win 8. Don't really notice that much difference.

    There are not that many differences between IE10 and IE9. IE10 has a built in spell checker and has some more security and performance enhancements.

    Nope, IE10 isn't supported on any OS prior to Windows 7 SP1.
