   Windows 7 64 bit. RAM 8.00GB.
   The memory is used up to 87% in my desktop. I found Windows Driver Foundation cost too many memory.
   Why?

   You will normally see several svhost.exe entries in Task Manager - the value shown in your screen grab is not excessive - my Win 7 x64 Pro box shows several entries for svhost.exe, the largest of which is 252 Mb.
   
   You can determine what is running in svhost.exe by following the instructions here.
