    i HAVE TO INSTALL CD WRITER IN HP COMPAQ DX 2280 MT SO I WANT TO KNOW How to open front panel of hp compaq dx 2280 MT

    Open the side of the case. The HP I am working at the moment has an instruction label in the bottom of the case. Look for coloured clips (maybe green).

    It will probably be in the user guide/manual. You can download it at their website.
