Time stamp in Outlook/Exchange

I just noticed that when I send a message to our employee in the UK the sent time it shows to him is his local time NOT the my local time. I had hime reply and it shows that I sent it at 4:30 PM Today, right now it is only 9:35 am where I am at. Can that be changed in Outlook or Exchange server so the sent times show local time? I am curious about that due to legal documentation.

Best suggestion I can make is to use a 3rd party option for date/time stamping your outgoing posts.

http://www.sperrysoftware.com/Outlook/Time-Date-Signature.asp is one fairly inexpensive way to do it.

If you are looking for serious ways, most of the digital signature packets will do the same sort of thing but more protected.
