Recently I received a newsletter that I subscribe to in Thunderbird. The message body was blank and the link to download the newsletter in either PDF or text appeared at the bottom as an attachment. The attachment would not open. It doesn't happen every time but the problem has now occurred more than once.

Has anyone had this problem or knows a fix?

I have never run into this, but I have the setting View|display attachments inline checked, so I never have a blank text. As for opening the attachment how do you do it? Is it only with that newsletter. And, what does it look like when it seems ok?
