    Version 2.0.0.4
When I click on a message, and a message has an attachment(s), it is displayed in a pane, which is split. I can see a message body in the upper portion of that pane, and I can see attachment(s) icon(s) in a lower portion.
Is there any setting, which will get rid of that attachment window, and let me know, that a message has an attachment by an indicator in a far right part of message header, like it's done in Mozilla mail, or Netscape mail?
If I'm not clear enough, please take a look at a screenshot http://209.85.48.8/228/109/upload/p2891401.gif

    broni,
it may depend on how you open your mail. I open messages in another window, and the message takes, just about, the entire space. I had never noticed the attachment pane, as a problem, because it takes less than 5% of the space.
I, never, had to do any resizing.

As always, thank you very much, people:)
I resized message viewing area, itself, and then I used Ramona's link, which allowed me to adjust attachment pane height, and it even gave me a scrollbar, in case there are more attachments, then just one row.
    I'm happy now:cool:

    Just an update...
Further on, I found out, that if you go to "about:config ", and you change: "mailnews.attachments.display.largeView " to "false ", attachment pane gets even smaller.
