Thunderbird Replying

Whenever I reply to a message in Thunderbird, the cursor is always at the bottom of the message instead of the way that Outlook and OE have it.

How can I make the cursor be above the message when I click reply?

In Tools | Account Settings | Composition & Addressing
Under Composition, enable: Automatically quote the original message when replying
On the next line there is a drop down menu to the right of: Then,
Select from that menu: Start my reply above the quote

That will put the cursor above the quote, on Reply.
