    Theres this guy that a reality company hired to network three computers, but not with file sharing, but internet sharing. Sounds good so far right? Well they have a dail up.. and he says he can make it run faster. This guy has no clue what he's talking about.

    Don't feel hurt. luqa is kidding...I think, Lee. But I'm curious what the point is, too. There may be some very sound reasons for doing what he proposes.

    Yea I know, I was just joking. My point is, he's letting three computers share an internet connection running at 56K. 56K is already slow enough, I know cuz I have it sadly. But to let three computers use it all at once is ridiculuos. It'll take about five minutes just to check their email.

    before we had broadband out here I had this company sharing one 56k connection. had a lot more than 3 computers hooked to it. It worked ok.
