The Help from Windows BBS

I manage a Computer Forum for the over 50s, we have two x four sessions a week at our Centre, with 15 or more attending each session. And have a waiting list of 150 or more.
Each member has his/her own computer at home, each with its own problem, like a laptop with only 12% free space on the hard drive, she wondered why it was very very slow, full of family photo's.
Each member has a question to ask, a problem to solve, or a demonstration on how to get around a computer.

I rely a lot on the help I get from Windows BBS, it makes me look good when I spout the answer to their problem in a manner that makes it seem I know what I am talking about.
So this is a BigThank You to the Staff Members and felow Windows BBS members for your help.
