The Future of the PC

    As I go through my daily travels making calls in schools, university's, and Cafe's I have made a startling observation.
    All of the younger generations (less than 25) are being raised in a totally non PC world.

    All of the school computers, and students laptops have that fruit on the cover.
    So are these generations being brain washed into a totally non PC world?

    Schools have for decades been the domain of Apple... look where it got them :eek:

    The only thing different this time seems to be that they seem to be getting some traction with their iPad in businesses.

    I don't know about the rest of world but out here students are only exposed to Microsoft & PCs in schools, where as in all engineering colleges Linux is used extensively [in labs at least].

    Its quite a shock for them !

    Arie I have witnessed several private schools getting donated every single computer in the school. Servers too!
