    Some of our staff are getting this message after being notified that "an unhandled exception has occurred. "

    I've done some research, but all I find are threads of people asking for someone to debug their code, and I can't read java with any degree of fluency.

    In plain English, what does this mean? And is this on our end, or the web site's end?

    They fill out an online form, to query the website's database for customer information stored there.
