The problem that i am having is that i get this message while trying to start up my program i have been researching on how to fix this with no success and what is also a concern is that i have installed this program in six different computers on which four work perfectly and 2 get the error. We thought it had to do with the two being dual core but after installing it on a dual core it worked also tried DEP which is part of windows setting it at ALWAYSOFF and that did not work we have cleared all temp files thinking that might be causing a problem but no of if someone can help me with this i'll be really thankful here is the error that i get :

Hi, mandogon. Welcome to Windows BBS! :)

Since your post has been viewed at least 30 times and nobody has responded yet, please provide more details about your problem.

What program (and version) is apparently producing the error message?

==========

Perhaps Event Viewer will provide more details.

Instructions About How to Access and Use "Event Viewer ":

• Click Start.
• Right-click My Computer.
• Select "Manage" to open the "Computer Management" window.
(Event Viewer will be displayed under the "System Tools" directory item.)
• Expand "Event Viewer" and then select "Application ", "Security ", and "System" to view the logs.
• Look for "error" events that occurred around the time your problem occurred. These events will be displayed as icons with either a white X on red background or a black exclamation point on yellow background. In the security section of Event Viewer, events of possible concern are ones that display a padlock icon instead of a key icon.
• Double-click on an individual event to open the "Event Properties" window which shows details about the event.
• You can use the up/down arrow buttons in the "Event Properties" window to move your focus to other events in the list.
• Use the button below the up/down arrows to copy the details for an event to your clipboard for pasting elsewhere.
• Click on the "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp" link in the "Event Properties" window to view more information from Microsoft about the event.

Alternatively, Event Viewer may be accessed as follows.
• Click Start > Run...
• Type eventvwr.msc in the "Open:" field.
• Click the OK button.

==========

Perhaps the Dr. Watson utility in Windows XP will provide helpful details about the problem.

According to Windows XP's built-in Help and Support Center,
==========

DebugWiz is a handy utility for gathering information about BSODs and application/program crashes.
• DebugWiz Dump Data Collection Tool and Instructions
Carefully follow all the instructions in that link to further troubleshoot your problem. You should be connected to the Internet while running DebugWiz so it can retrieve the proper "symbols" (if possible) that are not included in the Debugging Tools package you download from Microsoft.
