Thanks so much for your help the other day! I wrote in on the 14th for a friend, and today she reported (with great enthusiasm!) that your suggestion had worked. She got on her email for the first time last night and was so thrilled. Thank you for helping us solve the puzzle. She said when she opened her password manager, she had about thirteen passwords in there. One was from a time that she had AOL. She deleted all the unused ones and voila! Thanks again.
