Is it possible to put an extra item in the Windows Explorer context menu so that if I highlight a telephone number in any text I am reading (regardless of the program I am using) I can then right click on the highlighted numeric string and select "Dial" from the context menu? I have a fax modem in addition to my broadband connection which dials out from a dedicated address book, but not from all text generally. I feel it should be very easy to arrange but can't figure out how to do it.

I think you'll have to pay for something that does that or comes close to doing that.

    Try this one.
