I keep noticing the following error in the event viewer and I am very curious as to what is causing this..... The error reads (exactly)

    Event Type: Warning
    Event Source: Tcpip
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 4226
    Date: 11/8/2005
    Time: 3:36:09 AM
    User: N/A
    Computer: HAMC
    Description:
TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
    Data:
    0000: 00 00 00 00 01 00 54 00 ......T.
    0008: 00 00 00 00 82 10 00 80 ....‚..€
    0010: 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........
    0018: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........
    0020: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........

I have notice that this error appears when I am NOT connected to any my network, when I am NOT connected to the internet, when I am connected to my network and when I am connected to the internet.

I have also noticed when I connect to certain web sites (this one for example) this error appears atleast 3 - 4 times, one after another.... that is also the number of times I need to refresh the page inorder for it to load...
I recently re-installed XP Pro on this system, so I know it has nothing to do with adware, spyware, etc....

Does any have an idea how I can resolve this.... it is the only error I recieve and I can see no reason for it....

BTW... I tried the link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp as is suggested, but wasn't any help.....
