    This happened a couple of weeks ago and a few days later it fixed itself somehow. :eek:

    On booting TB, I get a full screen that does not show the folders, the lefthand folder pane or the top pane with the messages Like this:

    [ I tried to paste a screen cut but the board does not take it.]
    ===============================================

    Thunderbird Mail - Local Folders

    View settings for this accounts

    Create New account

    Advanced Features

    Search Messages

    Manage Message Filters

    =====================================
    I cannot read or send messages so a reply will not come thru on TB. But I will try to read it some other way.

    I found the problem. The screen was NOT full screen but was window setting but the size was full screen!!!!!

    I saw the double line at the left, grabbed it and it moved over displaying my "lost" settings. Problem solved but I don't know how it got to that setting. Will at least know what to look for.
    :) :) :)
