taskbar size

    Well, I finally have 2 laptops and a desktop upgraded tp Windows 10 version 1903. My only complaint is that they have done nothing to allow the taskbar to truly lock. I prefer the taskbar on the bottom using small icons and two high. There is no setting to make that permanent, so I have to unlock the taskbar, stretch it to two high and then re-lock. It has been this way for ever. It is truly aggravating. I realize it is not the most important issue in Windows 10, but would like a simple help.

    Not really. Please forgive my ignorance, but how do I "use Group Policy Editor" to get to the place mentioned?

    If your version of Windows 10 is HOME - Group Policy Editor is not available.
